DoorDash (DASH) and food technology platform Wonder said Tuesday they are launching a strategic partnership.
Under the agreement, DoorDash will buy Wonder's Grubhub Campus Dining business for $300 million and has made a $125 million investment in Wonder as part of the company's Series D round, the companies said.
DoorDash shares were more than 1% lower in early Tuesday trading.
