Boeing (BA) was awarded a not-to-exceed $552.1 million undefinitized, fixed-price-incentive contract modification for production of three MQ-25A Stingray aircraft and advance acquisition of long-lead components for three additional aircraft, the Department of Defense said Monday.
The modification adds scope for the production and delivery of three low-rate initial production Lot One aircraft and provides for advance acquisition of long-lead components for three low-rate initial production Lot Two aircraft for the Navy.
Work is expected to be completed in July 2031. Fiscal 2025 and 2026 aircraft procurement funds totaling $164.4 million will be obligated at the time of award, the department said.
