Shenzhen Yitoa Intelligent Control (SHE:300131) agreed to obtain the licenses for some of the products of Nasdaq-listed Synaptics for $20 million, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.

The Chinese appliances and control products manufacturer's shares rose 2% during Friday's afternoon trade.

The products included in the deal are Synaptics' automotive display driver integrated circuit, or DDIC, and automotive touch and display driver integration, or TDDI. The license has a term of 15 years.

The deal specifically includes TDDI'S Models A, B, C and D, as well as the Model E, which is the TDDI controller, and the smart bridge. DDIC's Models A, B, and C are also included.
