NetDragon Websoft Holdings (HKG:0777) is planning to place warrants through a private placement to raise HK$4.2 million, the company said in a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The company plans to place 60 million warrants at HK$0.10 each. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one share at HK$8.28.
If all warrants are exercised, NetDragon would receive an additional HK$496.8 million in proceeds. Net proceeds will be used for general working capital, including developing the group's AI business and other corporate purposes.
First Shanghai Securities is acting as the sole placing agent for the proposed transaction.
