Goldman Sachs, HSBC, Fidelity and Eastspring were among major investors that participated in the anchor book of the National Stock Exchange of India ahead of its initial public offering, according to a Wednesday exchange filing.
Investment bankers allocated 37.8 million shares to anchor investors at 1,785 rupees apiece, the top end of the IPO price range, raising 67.5 billion rupees, the filing showed.
Sovereign and institutional investors, including the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Monetary Authority of Singapore, also participated in the anchor book, alongside domestic mutual funds, insurers and pension funds.
Life Insurance Corp. (NSE:LICI, BOM:543526), SBI Funds Management (NSE:SBIFUNDS, BOM:544829), and ICICI Prudential Asset Management (NSE:ICICIAMC, BOM:544658) were among the investors allocated shares, according to the filing.
