Zebra Technologies (ZBRA) has launched the KC401, a self-service kiosk for customers and workers across the retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and healthcare industries, the company said on Thursday.
The Android-based KC401 is purpose-built to handle routine inquiries, reducing queue times, and freeing up staff for higher-value customer and patient interactions, the company said.
