Zhong Jia Guo Xin (HKG:0899) is proposing to change its English name to You You Holdings Company Limited, alongside a change in its Chinese name.
The name change is subject to the relevant shareholder and regulatory approvals, a Thursday bourse filing showed.
The company believes the new name will give it a more suitable corporate image and identity reflecting its strategic and business development direction, as well as preventing the unauthorized use of its name and fraudulent activities.
