Truist Financial (TFC) said late Thursday it will redeem $850 million of its outstanding fixed-rate subordinated notes due Oct. 30, 2026.
The redemption price for the notes will be equal to 100% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date, according to a statement.
