Salesforce Partner Checks 'Incrementally Positive' on Demand, Mixed on Pricing, RBC Says

MT Newswires Live09-17 23:08

Salesforce (CRM) partner checks are "incrementally positive" on demand with proactive adoption of Agentforce, while pricing uncertainty "remains the most consistent friction point," RBC Capital Markets said Thursday in a report.

"Build versus buy dynamics are nuanced" with some large enterprises exploring do-it-yourself solutions for specific cases, and multiple partners are noting customers adopting AI solutions outside of Salesforce for some projects, RBC said.

"We remain in wait-and-see mode around the pace of conversion" to the company's premium AI Force, the report said.

RBC maintained its sector perform rating on Salesforce stock and its $250 price target.
