Osisko Gold (OGG) said Wednesday it priced an expanded $600 million offering of senior secured notes maturing in 2031 that is scheduled to close on Sept. 30.
The offering size was raised from an initial target of $500 million, the company said.
The company will use about $120.9 million of the proceeds to clear an existing loan, and the remaining funds will cover early interest payments and finance construction at the Cariboo Gold site in British Columbia, Osisko Gold said.
