CGN Power Issues 900 Million Yuan Three-Year Bonds

CGN Power (HKG:1816, SHE:003816) completed the issued 900 million yuan bonds in China's interbank market on Tuesday.

The bonds carry a 1.56% coupon and mature in three years. Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings of the company's subsidiaries.
