TC Energy (TRP) has agreed to sell Energia Occidente de Mexico which owns the Guadalajara-Manzanilla Pipeline, to affiliates of Esentia Energy Development for 560 million Canadian dollars ($399.2 million).
The sale is expected to close in H1 2027, subject to closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
The 313-kilometer pipeline moves up to 500 million cubic feet per day of natural gas between Guadalajara supply facilities to electricity plants and factories in Mexico's Colima and Jalisco states.
