Global Lithium Resources (ASX:GL1) said its planned acquisition of IGO Nova, which owns the Nova nickel operation in Western Australia, from IGO (ASX:IGO) is now unconditional after the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) granted a notification waiver, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The competition watchdog determined that acquisition is not required to be notified.
