Universal Health International (HKG:2211) said it has satisfied all conditions for its capital reorganization, allowing existing investors to exchange their shares for new ones, the company said in a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Shares of the company fell about 3% in midday trading on Wednesday.
The company said the share exchange will be free between Sept. 23 and Oct. 28, after which a fee of HK$2.50 apiece will apply to both new issues and existing shares.
