Aspial Lifestyle (SGX:5UF) increased the limit of its multicurrency medium-term bond program to SG$500 million from SG$300 million, according to a Monday filing.
The company said the bonds may be issued in various currencies, amounts and tenors.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings, investments, acquisitions, expansions, working capital and capital expenditures.
The program received approval-in-principle from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading for the listing and quotation of bonds that are agreed to be listed, it said.
