Singapore shares opened muted but with a positive bias on Tuesday as oil prices eased.

The Straits Times Index was little changed at 5,675.3.

Brent crude traded near $100 per barrel on Tuesday, easing from nearly $110 last week, as some Middle East crude shipments were able to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.
