SF Holding Unit Invests 100 Million Yuan in Hard-Tech Venture Fund

SF Holding (SHE:002352, HKG:6936) said its wholly owned subsidiary Shenzhen SF Investment has committed 100 million yuan to a private equity fund focused on hard-tech companies, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The fund, Hangzhou Chuangyi Future Equity Investment Partnership, has a target size of 7 billion yuan and had total subscribed capital of 3.72 billion yuan as of Monday.

It will primarily invest in unlisted growth-stage companies in China.

The fund is managed by Shanghai Jingzhuo Investment Management, while SF Investment will hold a limited partner interest.

The fund's investment focus includes hard-tech sectors and high-growth companies.
