CarMax (KMX) cut 145 more jobs, or about 4% of its corporate staff, amid weak auto demand, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday, citing a company spokesperson.
The cuts included white-collar jobs at headquarters in Richmond, Virginia and offices in Atlanta and Dallas, the report said. The move marked the third round of staff reductions in less than a year, the report said.
CarMax did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
