Shares of RTB Digital gained after the company projected revenue and profit in 2027.

The stock rose 5.5% to $8.90 in premarket trading on Tuesday. At Monday's market close, shares were up 49% year to date.

The digital-publishing platform company, also known as Roundtable, forecast $102.1 million in revenue and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of $13.2 million for 2027.

The projections are based on current business and pipeline, and pro forma for the company's recently announced partnership with Paradium.AI, Roundtable said.

The company said 2027 will be its first full year of at-scale platform operations, given it launched its platform in June and began to onboard enterprise media customers in the third quarter of 2026.

In 2027, Roundtable will initially focus on onboarding customers in the sports, finance, technology and news sectors, it said.
