Latin American Transit Platforms ZEmobility and VGMobility Combine

DigitalBridge and Aberdeen Investments have completed the combination of ZEmobility and VGMobility to create a transportation conglomerate.
The sustainable transportation platform will have 5,400 buses deployed across Latin America, DigitalBridge said.
ZEmobility will contribute an electric bus platform with 2,800 vehicles across Colombia and Chile, which are jointly owned by Digital Bridge and Aberdeen. VGMobility will bring a similar platform with 2,600 vehicles in the same countries.
The combined platform will operate under the ZEmobility brand. It comprises 16 concessions across Colombia and Chile, and provides social infrastructure to transport authorities in Bogotá and Santiago under government-backed lease contracts.
