East Coast Furnitech (SET:ECF) faces an additional ground for possible delisting after its audited 2025 financial statements showed negative shareholders' equity of 421 million baht.
The additional delisting ground takes effect Sept. 24, while the non-compliance and suspension signs on the company's securities will remain in place, the Stock Exchange of Thailand said Thursday.
East Coast Furnitech must disclose the process and timeline for eliminating the negative-equity delisting ground by Oct. 24.
The company has three years from Sept. 24 to address the issue, failing which may lead to the bourse delisting its securities.
