Boustead Singapore's (SGX:F9D) overseas business unit was recently hit by a cybersecurity incident, according to a Friday filing.
The unit activated business continuity procedures, engaged external cyber incident response specialists and implemented containment measures, including shutting down and isolating affected systems.
The company said the unit's critical systems and business data have been fully recovered from backups, with no material disruption to its business.
Boustead Singapore will conduct an independent cybersecurity review to strengthen its cybersecurity program.
