Shanghai Fosun Unit Gets Global License for Two TCE Cancer Products

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) (SHA:600196, HKG:2196) unit Shanghai Henlius Biotech (HKG:2696) signed a collaboration and exclusive license deal with Amberstone Biosciences for two T-cell engager products, according to a Wednesday Shanghai bourse filing.

Under the deal, Henlius Biotech received exclusive global rights to research, develop, manufacture and commercialize the products for all human uses based on Amberstone's T-MATE technology platform and two designated targets.

Henlius Biotech will pay Amberstone up to $236.2 million in upfront, research, development and regulatory milestone payments, plus up to $652 million in sales milestones, it said.
