GoFintech Quantum Innovation (HKG:0290) will reallocate about HK$226.6 million of unused proceeds from its subscription of new shares under a general mandate to the development of its quantum ecosystem, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

The company raised about HK$1.32 billion in net proceeds from the share subscription, which was completed March 17. The HK$226.6 million was originally earmarked for expanding the group's digital asset financial license business and related infrastructure in Hong Kong.

The reallocated funds will support development of the group's quantum ecosystem, including its quantum wallet, as it moves toward commercial-scale operations. The planned use of the remaining proceeds is unchanged.
