Ascent Bridge Receives Statutory Demand Over Unpaid Invoices; Shares Slump 17%

Ascent Bridge (SGX:AWG) received a statutory demand from Legal Solutions for SG$122,634.4 in unpaid legal-service invoices, according to a Wednesday Singapore Exchange filing.

Shares plunged 17% in Thursday's afternoon trade.

The creditor is demanding settlement within three weeks of the demand notice, warning that failure to comply could result in a winding-up application against the company.

Ascent Bridge said it is assessing the financial impact of the demand and will update accordingly.
