CICC Settles Dissenting A-Shares to Shareholders

China International Capital (SHA:601995, HKG:3908), or CICC, completed the settlement of dissenting Shanghai-listed shares, known as A shares, in relation to its merger with Cinda Securities (SHA:601059) and Dongxing Securities (SHA:601198), according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.

Shenwan Hongyuan (SHE:000166, HKG:6806) served as the provider of the purchase request right for the dissenting A-share shareholders.

The funds will be distributed to shareholders within five days from Wednesday, Sept. 23.
