Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN) said Thursday its in-house MinRes Air transports between 8,500 and 9,500 passengers to its operational mine sites across Western Australia each month.
The airline has a fleet of four aircraft. Its planes arrive on time or ahead of schedule around 97% to 98% of the time, MinRes Air Chief Executive Graeme Taylor said in a statement.
The airline also conducts operational freight transportation as well as cyclone recovery and shutdowns.
The mining services company's shares fell nearly 2% in recent trading on Thursday.
