DBS Group's (SGX:D05) DBS Bank plans to list its $220 million floating-rate bonds, due 2029, on the Singapore Exchange's Bonds Market from 9 a.m. on Friday, according to a Thursday Singapore bourse filing.
The debt securities carry the short name DBS Bank f290924S.
Trading is restricted to persons specified under Sections 274 and 275 of Singapore's Securities and Futures Act.
The bonds are not eligible for settlement through The Central Depository, the filing said.
