ProsperCap's Units Extend Senior and Mezzanine Facility Agreements

ProsperCap's (SGX:PPC) subsidiaries, ProsperCap Subholdco and PPC Regional Hospitality, signed an agreement with lenders to extend the initial expiry date of the senior and mezzanine facility agreements, according to a Monday Singapore bourse filing.

The extension provides additional time for the units to satisfy relevant capital expenditure milestone requirements.

The senior loan comprised a term facility of up to 232.6 million pounds and a CAPEX facility of up to 11 million pounds.

Meanwhile, the mezzanine loan comprised a term facility of up to 63.4 million pounds and a CAPEX facility of up to 3 million pounds.
