Dimerix Receives AU$17 Million in Proceeds After Completing Initial Drawdown Under Non-Dilutive Funding Facility

Dimerix (ASX:DXB) confirmed that it completed an initial drawdown under its AU$34 million non-dilutive funding facility, receiving gross proceeds of AU$17 million, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.

The remaining AU$17 million is available for drawdown at the firm's election until March 31, 2027, subject to facility terms, the company said.

It also confirmed that it was funded through to the delivery of the Action3 phase three trial of its DMX-200 treatment candidate in patients with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, a rare kidney disease, and continued advancement of the phase two trial of DMX-652 in acute kidney injury.
