Datapulse Technology (SGX:BKW) has received a no-objection letter from Singapore Exchange Regulation, granting an extension of time to hold its annual general meeting and issue its annual report for the fiscal year ended July 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore bourse.
The regulator permitted Datapulse to hold its AGM by Feb. 28, 2027, extended from the previous Nov. 30 deadline, and publish its annual report by Feb. 14, 2027, pushed back from Nov. 14.
The approval follows the company's decision to pursue a voluntary delisting from the Singapore bourse.
