智通财经APP获悉，Anthropic PBC正发布一款新人工智能模型，旨在以更低成本承接广泛企业任务。这家初创公司正为备受瞩目的华尔街首秀做准备，此举也是其力图保持对竞争对手领先优势的一环。公司于周二正式发布Claude Opus 5.5，并称该模型在大多数工作任务上的表现与能力更强的Fable 5.1相当，但使用成本较此前的Opus 5版本显著下降。Anthropic表示，新模型生成输出速度快于Opus 5，且行文更为清晰。
这家AI开发商计划在未来几周推出Claude Sonnet和Haiku新版本，以扩充其5.5系列模型家族。
Anthropic正加紧开发更先进、更具成本效益的AI软件，与OpenAI、Alphabet旗下谷歌以及众多中国企业争夺客户。这家Claude开发商预计最早于今年秋季启动IPO，而竞争对手OpenAI则要等到明年。
Opus 5.5也是Anthropic首席执行官Dario Amodei呼吁行业支持放缓AI开发步伐以来发布的首个新模型。他表示，公司将实施新的安全举措，包括引入第三方评估机构。此前，硅谷内外对AI潜在灾难性风险的警告不断升温。
Anthropic称，Opus 5.5在发布前已由METR和Frontier Design等外部机构测试。公司还部署了类似其更强大Fable模型的安全防护措施，旨在限制风险较高的网络安全和生物学用途。
