Group chief executive officer and co-founder Anthony Tan purchased nearly 10.4 million Class A shares on Monday at a weighted-average price of $2.8866 each, valued at roughly $29.9 million, according to a regulatory filing.
President and COO Alexander Hungate bought 299,571 shares at a weighted-average price of $2.8936 each, worth about $867,000, a separate filing shows.
