Vicor raised its guidance thanks to royalties from a new license deal. The power components maker said it now expects sequential growth to be nearly 10% to more than 20%, due to royalties from a non-exclusive license to Vertical Power Delivery. The stock gained 12%, to $251.35, in late trading.

Endava Chief Financial Officer Mark Thurston has been placed on administrative leave during an investigation into the company's accounting practices. Endava's audit committee recommended Thurston be placed on leave pending the conclusion of an investigation by an independent counsel based on concerns over accounting treatment of certain customers and supplier agreements.
