City Developments (SGX:C09) disclosed the outcome of its strategic review, unveiling a three-year strategy, GET+, from 2027 to 2029, according to a Monday statement.
The property developer's strategy, which is focused on growth, enhancement and transformation, will focus on investments worth SG$5 billion, while raising SG$6 billion through divestments.
The company will focus across residential, commercial, hospitality and living sectors.
Out of the SG$5 billion investment, 60% will be allocated to Singapore, 30% to China and Japan and 10% to other markets.
The company also plans to establish a fund management entity to grow assets under management to SG$10 billion by 2029.
Shares of the property developer fell over 5% in Monday trading.
