Bitfire (HKG:1611) unit Bitfire Asset Management (Hong Kong) agreed to provide asset management services to certain funds, a Monday bourse filing showed.
The services will be provided to funds in which Chairman Li Lin, CEO Weng Xiaoqi, Chief Operating Officer Xing Yue, Chief Financial Officer Zhang Li, and Chief Technology Officer Guo Wenbin will subscribe for participating shares, limited partnership interests or other interests from time to time.
The agreements are valid starting Oct.1, 2026, and will expire Sept. 30, 2029.
