A Singapore court has refused Advanced Systems Automation's (SGX:WJ9) request for further arguments regarding an injunction application filed by its Zico Capital, according to a Friday filing to the Singapore bourse.
The company said it received the court's decision on Sept. 25, following its written request filed on Sept. 16 in relation to the proceedings.
The semiconductor assembly company is currently consulting its legal advisers and has until Oct. 9 to file an application to appeal against the court's Sept. 7 decision, wherein the Singapore High Court dismissed an injunction filed against Zico Capital.
