Price recovered from an August low near $1.00 before moving into a consolidation range between roughly $1.35 and $1.60. The latest decline of approximately 2.73% points to short-term weakness, while XRP remains well above its August low.\nMomentum indicators remain modestly positive. The Relative Strength Index stands at 54.49, above the neutral 50 level but below its signal average near 57.03. Its line stands near 0.0518, above the signal line around 0.0481, while the histogram remains positive at approximately 0.0037. The narrow gap between the two lines shows bullish momentum remains limited as XRP consolidates below $1.60 resistance.\nIn related coverage, crypto.news reported on Sept. 25 that XRP had climbed back toward the 1.55–1.60 resistance zone after gaining nearly 16% over seven days.\nMarket analyst Ali Martinez has placed similar attention on $1.55. In a Sept. 21 chart shared on X, the veteran trader said the structure “implies an eventual advance to $5.40.” Brandt made clear that publishing the chart was not the same as placing a trade and gave no timetable for the target.\nBrandt returned to XRP several days later and said traders did not need strong community loyalty to consider the asset. His comments referred to XRP’s chart structure, not a confirmed purchase or recommendation.\nThe immediate technical test remains much closer to current prices. XRP needs to establish a sustained move through roughly $1.55 before the higher chart projections identified by Martinez or other analysts become relevant.\nXRP ETF inflows reach $1.79 billion\nU.S. spot XRP ETFs attracted $75.59 million in net inflows during the Sept. 21–25 trading week, according to SoSoValue data.\nBitwise’s XRP product accounted for $58.99 million of the weekly total. Franklin Templeton’s XRPZ added $16.60 million, taking their cumulative inflows to approximately $677 million and $501 million, respectively.\nCombined historical net inflows for U.S. spot XRP funds have reached approximately $1.79 billion. The products held around $1.77 billion in net assets at the end of the week.\nFriday produced $22.65 million of net inflows, following $20.02 million on Sept. 22, $18.04 million on Sept. 23 and $14.89 million on Sept. 24. Monday recorded no net movement.\nCrypto.news had reported cumulative inflows near $1.76 billion on Sept. 25, before the full week’s flow data were available. II shareholders are scheduled to vote Sept. 30 on the proposed business combination with Evernorth Holdings.\nThe U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared Evernorth’s Form S-4 registration statement effective on Aug. 27, allowing the companies to distribute definitive proxy materials and proceed with the vote. SEC effectiveness does not represent approval of the transaction or Evernorth’s XRP strategy.\nAs crypto.news previously reported, shareholders who held Armada shares on the Aug. 20 record date are eligible to vote at the virtual meeting. Public shareholders seeking redemption faced a Sept. 28 deadline under the proxy materials.\nIf shareholders approve the deal and the remaining conditions are met, the combined company expects to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker XRPN. Nasdaq listing requirements still have to be satisfied before the transaction can be completed.\nEvernorth disclosed plans to operate an actively managed XRP treasury. Company materials say it intends to deploy assets through XRP Ledger infrastructure, treasury strategies and capital-market activity designed to increase XRP represented by each share over time. The objective remains a company plan, not a guaranteed financial result.\nThe company currently controls or has commitments covering approximately 473.28 million XRP. Evernorth announced in November 2025 that it had acquired an additional 84.37 million XRP for about $214 million, taking purchased and committed XRP above 473 million tokens.\nEvernorth’s $30 million financing depends on closing\nEvernorth has arranged another $30 million of financing ahead of the shareholder vote, but the money has not yet been funded.\nAn SEC filing shows Evernorth signed a note purchase agreement on Sept. 11 with NH Investment & Securities, acting as trustee for Kyobo AIM Corporate Finance General Private Investment Trust No. 3.\nThe agreement covers $30 million of 4% convertible senior payment-in-kind notes due in 2031. The financing is scheduled to close only when Evernorth’s combination with Armada closes, which the filing says is expected during the fourth quarter.\nEvernorth may use proceeds for general corporate purposes, including additional XRP purchases and activities within the XRP ecosystem. The filing does not require the entire $30 million to be spent on XRP.\nAs crypto.news reported, describing the agreement as a completed $30 million raise would be premature because issuance and payment remain conditional on the business combination closing.\nThe proposed transaction originally involved more than $1 billion of gross proceeds backed by investors including Ripple, SBI Holdings, Pantera Capital and Kraken. Evernorth amended parts of the structure in August after XRP fell below the $2.36 reference price used when the original agreement was signed.\nUnder the revised structure, the number of shares issued at closing will adjust with XRP’s market price.
