Yida China Holdings (HKG:3639) has received an arbitration notice seeking damages of up to 256.7 million yuan, excluding legal and other fees, in connection with a 1.3 billion yuan equity transfer agreement from 2021.
The company said it is seeking legal advice to deal with the arbitration notice, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
