Activia Properties (TYO:3279) signed a 9 billion-yen commitment line agreement with Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Mizuho Bank and MUFG Bank to secure financing for potential future property acquisitions.

The facility, signed Sept. 28, will run from Oct. 1, 2026, to Sept. 30, 2027, with each bank providing a 3 billion-yen limit, according to a Monday Tokyo Exchange filing.

The facility is unsecured and unguaranteed.

The new commitment line replaces an existing 9 billion-yen facility with the same three banks that will terminate Sept. 30, it said.
