Place (SGX:E27) unit Meta Place Digital, Stellar Experience, and StarPlace agreed to extend the payment deadline for the second tranche of the SG$10 million subscription consideration to within 24 months of Sept. 24, from six months previously.
Under the supplemental deal, Meta Place will contribute SG$7 million in cash, while Stellar Experience will contribute SG$3 million.
The first cash tranches remain payable within six months of the May 29, 2023, joint venture agreement, while the second tranches are due within 24 months of the Sept. 24 supplemental agreement.
