Zhen Ding Technology (TPE:4958) will redeem all of its fifth unsecured overseas convertible bonds early on Oct. 26, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The company said more than 90% of the bonds had previously been redeemed, repurchased and canceled or converted, triggering its right to redeem the remaining bonds at the early redemption price.
