PropNex (SGX:OYY) is targeting growth in industrial property, capital markets, valuation and leasing as it seeks to diversify beyond Singapore's residential market, Executive Chairman Ismail Gafoor told The Business Times.
In an interview, Gafoor said the company launched an "Industrial 2.0" training program in early 2026 and expects a potential pipeline of over 2,600 industrial units in 2027. The agency also aims to expand its overseas franchise business across Asia-Pacific, including additional Australian cities and Bangkok, according to the report.
PropNex plans to grow its salesforce to 20,000 agents from over 14,600 currently, although Gafoor said market share, rather than headcount, is the primary objective, the report said.
