JCK International (SET:JCK) unit JCK Utilities completed the sale of land and three factory buildings at the Green Park 1 Project in Chachoengsao to MFC Industrial Investment Freehold and Leasehold REIT for 1.39 billion baht, excluding VAT.
The transaction also included other assets related or essential to the use of the land and factory buildings, according to a Tuesday filing.
Separately, JCK Utilities invested 65.6 million baht in REIT units issued as part of the capital increase.
The investment increased JCK and its concert parties' combined stake in the REIT to 8.42% from 5.30%, it said.
