Momenta Global (HKG:6880) and Dongfeng Stellantis Automotive Technology (Wuhan), or DSAT, agreed to a global strategic partnership to jointly develop advanced driver-assistance systems for new Peugeot and Jeep models, according to a Monday press release.
The systems will be based on Momenta's R7 World Model and introduced in China, Europe, and other global markets.
The companies will work on product definition and joint development, tailoring the systems to Peugeot's driving dynamics and Jeep's off-road capabilities.
