JCET Group Pays Fourth Installment of SanDisk Semiconductor 80% Stake Acquisition

JCET Group (SHA:600584) subsidiary JCET Management paid the fourth installment for the acquisition of an 80% stake in SanDisk Semiconductor Shanghai.

The acquisition price is $37.4 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
