RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology Raises HK$5 Billion in Hong Kong IPO

RoboTechnik Intelligent Technology (HKG:3757, SHE:300757) raised HK$4.96 billion in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong.

The final IPO price was set at HK$436 per H-share, with the Chinese intelligent manufacturing equipment maker issuing 11.9 million H-shares, according to a Monday after-market filing.

The Hong Kong public offer was 8.65 times subscribed, with 1.2 million shares allotted, while the international offering was 5.97 times subscribed, with 10.7 million shares allotted.

Cornerstone investors, including Temasek, were allotted a combined 4.2 million shares, representing 35.20% of the global offering.

RoboTechnik Intelligent is scheduled to debut on the Hong Kong bourse on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
