Samsung Biologics (KRX:207940) has entered into a 93.5 billion won biologics CMO sales or supply contract with an unnamed EU-based pharmaceutical company, according to a bourse filing on Friday.
The contract period runs from Oct. 2, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2031, with no deposit or advance payment required, and the disclosed amount is based on a committed binding amount of $68.8 million at an exchange rate of 1,359.60.
The filing said the contracting party's identity will remain undisclosed until Dec. 31, 2031, due to business confidentiality, and the contract period may be adjusted by mutual agreement.
