Neurizon Therapeutics (ASX:NUZ) said Chris Bremer took the company's helm as CEO on Thursday, with interim Executive Chairman Sergio Duchini transitioning to the non-executive chairman role, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Bremer has more than 20 years of international pharmaceutical and biotechnology leadership experience, including as interim chief commercial officer of pharmaceutical firm Grünenthal, per the filing.
Shares of Neurizon Therapeutics fell 4% in recent Thursday trade.
