Nvidia Adds 64GB DGX Spark Option for Local AI Workloads

Nvidia's (NVDA) DGX Spark personal AI computer will be offered in a new 64 gigabyte unified-memory configuration from Acer, Asus, Dell (DELL), Gigabyte, HP (HPQ) and MSI starting Oct. 23, with prices from $4,999, the company said Friday.

The new configuration uses Nvidia's GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip, DGX OS and the company's AI software stack, supporting models with up to 100 billion parameters, the company said.

Nvidia said two 64GB systems can be connected using Nvidia Sync Cluster Assistant to pool 128GB of memory and support models with up to 200 billion parameters.

Nvidia, Dell and HP shares were up 2.6%, 2.2% and 0.4%, respectively, in Friday trading.
